You’ll feel like a professional chef when you fry up a batch of keto bourbon chicken! This New Orleans recipe is a party on a plate.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs cut into bine-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green Onions chopped for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste as well as the onion powder.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and sear the chicken until mostly cooked through.

Reduce the heat to medium.

In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chicken broth, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, ketchup and ginger paste.

Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken, and toss to coat.

Continue to simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Serve garnished with chopped green onion.
